Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For physical items like T-shirts and hoodies, shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within India. We're working on expanding worldwide soon - stay tuned!
Q: I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us immediately at support@twinnos.com with your order number and the correction.
Digital Products (eBooks)
Q: How do I receive my eBook after purchase?
A: Right after your purchase, you’ll receive a secure download link via email. Check your inbox (and spam folder just in case). Still can’t find it? Contact us!
Q: Can I share the digital product with friends?
A: Each purchase is for individual use only. Sharing or redistributing without permission is not allowed - help us keep creating powerful content by respecting this.
Q: Are digital products refundable?
A: Due to their instant-delivery nature, digital products are non-refundable. But if you face any issue, reach out and we’ll help you fix it!
Apparel & Sizing
Q: What sizes are available?
A: We offer sizes from S to XXL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide, please check it before placing your order.
Q: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: If your size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping may apply.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking through secure payment gateways. Your payment info is 100% encrypted.
Q: Is my information safe on your site?

Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if they’re unused and in original packaging. Digital products are non-refundable.
Q: How do I request a refund or return?
A: Simply email us at support@twinnos.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll guide you from there.
